In my opinion, Arsenal will finish higher in the table, maybe a place in the top four is fair enough. They spent much on the transfer summer window and their squad is pretty strong, and I think they can achieve the top four position.
Covid has a huge impact on all teams. Maybe this season would have the most free transfers among many leagues than ever. 
As of now, there are 7 cases in PL and the number is raising every week.
